Working with her father, William McRae, whose law firm practices family and real estate law, Ashley was exposed to aspects of contracts, law, and real estate. Her mother is Lucy McRae Vollet, a veteran broker of 40 years. A lifelong resident of the Park Cities, with more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, Ashley is also active in a number of civic and philanthropic organizations such as Preservation Dallas and the Junior League of Dallas. Malcolm began his career working at Murray Financial Corporation, which was founded by his grandfather J.F. Murray in the 1920s. During his 30-year career, he has worked for some of the most prominent real estate companies, including Centre Development Co., Prentiss Properties, Henry S. Miller Co., Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trammell Crow Company. He brings a diverse range of real estate skills, expertise, and experience, including buying, selling, leasing, repositioning, and development of major office projects.
