About Us

Real estate team, Jennifer Brown and Nancy Givens have strong roots in the great state of Texas and offer years of real estate experience.

Jennifer has a strong background in decorating and design, which she uses to assist her clients in the buying and selling process. Her past sales experience in the freight business helped prepare her for her next career as a Realtor. She enjoys painting, interior design and gardening. Jennifer, her husband Stan, and daughter Victoria share their home with their three cats and two dogs.

Nancy was in the corporate marketing world for many years with a Fortune 500 company. Her valuable knowledge of marketing combines extremely well with Jennifer’s creative side. Nancy loves to play tennis, cooking, and anything related to animals. Nancy and her husband Paul have two boys, Jack and Luke. The Givens family also includes two dogs and a cat, whom they love dearly.

Jennifer and Nancy believe in constant communication and attentive service. Their strong work ethic offers clients the promise of punctuality, organization and enthusiasm. Jennifer and Nancy both have a strong love for animals and donate a portion of every sale to the Humane Society of North Texas. Both ladies were recently recognized as one of Fort Worth Magazine’s Top Realtors of 2018, and they are very active in their community.

They are members of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, the Southlake Women’s Club and the National Charity League. They are proud supporters of Carroll ISD, Carroll Dragon tennis, Carroll Dragon baseball, and the Colleyville High School cheer team.

Designations/Accomplishments: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), Five Star Professional, Military on the Move, Ebby Halliday Relocation Team, Fort Worth Magazine’s Top Realtors of 2018, LeadingRE and Luxury Portfolio. They are also members of the national, state and local board of Realtors, and have earned the Star Plus designation at Ebby Halliday.
