About Me

Whitney Cathey was born and raised in the Cedar Creek Lake Area. She graduated from Mabank High School in 2009. In high school, she cheered all 4 years and was the captain of the cheerleading squad her senior year. Also, she was an active member in Business Professionals of America and competed at the Regional Conference in Marketing/Management. She did so good that they asked her to compete in the State Conference. She participated in basketball, track, cross country, athletic trainer and volleyball in her years attending Mabank High School as well.

After High school, Whitney attended Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, while working two jobs. She graduated with her Associate's Degree in Business Administration. After that, she transferred to Tarleton State University in Stephenville. She worked at Residential Living and Learning at Tarleton State University and Sonic. While working at Residential Living and Learning office at Tarleton State University, she had an integral role in assisting students to find the appropriate housing for their specific needs. Also, she had two mentors to assist her in professionalism. She graduated in December 2014 with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. She was the first person to graduate college on her father’s side of the family. Shortly after, she received her real-estate license.

She has been a multi-million dollar agent the past couple years and received number two in sales at the previous brokerage. 

Her education and work ethic will make an excellent asset for the consumer because she can provide her clients with a wealth of knowledge in the real-estate market. She will perform effectively and efficiently to communicate clearly and execute in a competent manner. She sells results, not promises.
