Her integrity, compassion, knowledge and perseverance in getting the job well done is often cited by her clients as they refer friends, co-workers and family to her. Certified as a Relocation Specialist she works with major relocation companies and can assist clients in Texas as well as out of state with an excellent resource base. Suzanne is a Luxury Home Specialist, with additional earned designations including Accredited Buyer Representative ( ABR*) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She ranks in the top 1% of all agents with consistent production year on year. She has been recognized by D Magazine for four years in a row as “Top Realtor” and received recognition the past two years from Fort Worth Magazine as “Top Realtor” as well. Both of those recognitions are based on client feedback as well as dollar volume of homes sold.
On a personal note, Suzanne lives in Southlake and is active in both the City and Carroll Independent School District. She currently serves on Boards of the City of Southlake organizations: SPARK (Students and Parents Against Risks for Kids) and the Community Enhancement and Development Corporation (CEDC). Suzanne and her husband, John, are the proud parents of three children. Their oldest daughter and her husband have two beautiful girls, their son is a minor league baseball player currently in the Tampa Bay Rays organization, and their youngest daughter is a high school freshman. Two dogs, a Maltese and an Havanese, round out the Maisto clan.
