I was a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas until my husband, Mike was transferred to Plano. We moved to Prosper, Texas in August of 2015. Having spent my whole life in one town, I was very involved in the community. I had spent 38 years in elementary education, performed in local theater productions, sang in the Fort Smith Chorale, and served in the Junior League. I was nervous about leaving my comfortable life, but also excited about the adventure.
After moving to Texas, we have never looked back. We love it here! There is a pride in the state and our town of Prosper that is contagious, and we have more friends than ever before.
Real Estate was something that I always wanted to do, but was too entrenched in the education system. Since I was “forced” into retirement, it was the perfect opportunity to pursue a career in real estate. Helping people achieve their goals is a passion of mine. The skills I learned in education have been a perfect fit for real estate. During my years in elementary education, I was a teacher, a counselor, and a principal. As a teacher, I teach my clients each step of the process along the way. As a counselor, I am there to hold their hand through the ups and downs of the transaction. As a principal/leader, I guide and encourage with a dose of reality. My clients value my ability to listen and respond to their needs. I enjoy interacting with others and helping them achieve their goals. I would love to have the opportunity to serve you.
