Hector Sanchez was born in Mexico and raised in South Texas. In 2005, love and work brought him to Dallas and he has never looked back. He instantly fell in love with Dallas’s faster pace, arts scene, fabulous restaurants and unique neighborhoods.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Hector worked in management for a large international clothing company and worked in education as a high school Spanish teacher in the Garland and Frisco Independent School Districts. Hector earned a B.B.A in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and a M.Ed in Administration from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Having been an educator for eight years, Hector possesses unique talents for being able to clearly explain every aspect of the home buying/selling process to his clients.
You could say that real estate is in Hector’s blood. He comes from a large family of successful Realtors and brokers. His brother, sister, and cousin are all associated with a successful real estate brokerage in Austin and he also has family real estate connections in San Antonio.
When Hector is not spending time helping clients, he loves to travel, cook and spend time with his two adorable maltipoos. In addition, he loves listening to music, attending the latest art exhibition, watching movies and drinking good wine. Hector is an avid runner and is an active member of the Dallas Running Club. Hector has lived all over Dallas, in a contemporary Uptown townhouse on the Katy Trail, in a 1940’s ranch in East Dallas’s Casa Linda Estates, and he now calls a cool modern development, Urban Reserve, home.
