Haley Wagstaff

Associate, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate

About Me

When you grow up in a real estate family like Haley Hurt Wagstaff, it’s virtually impossible to leave home without a sizable working knowledge of the industry. While much of hers was learned through family dinners and tag-alongs with dad, she went on to build on that education during her years at Texas A&M. Graduating with a degree in Marketing, Haley learned the value of insightful research and creative marketing.

After graduation, she had the opportunity to begin her real estate career going to work for a real estate consulting firm and then on to her family’s commercial real estate business.  This unique opportunity provided in-depth and hands on experience with different areas of real estate practice along with complex problem solving and negotiation experience.

In 2006, Haley joined the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate InTown office, further enhancing her already impressive credentials.

Committed to providing her clients with superior market knowledge and impeccable customer service, Haley joined the Heather Guild Group at the Dave Perry-Miller Lakewood office in 2016.

“Joining the Heather Guild Group provides my clients with a strategic advantage when it comes to buying and selling real estate,” Wagstaff says. “The team’s in-depth knowledge of Lake Highlands, Lakewood, and all other Dallas areas, ensure my clients can make the most educated decision possible when looking for their next home.”

Recognized as one of the Top 25 Realtors in Lake Highlands by the Lake Highlands Advocate in 2014, and long recognized as a highly valued member of the Dave Perry-Miller InTown Office, Haley’s list of achievements is outnumbered only by her list of thrilled clients.

When Haley’s not expertly matching clients with homes, she loves spending time and traveling with her husband, and her two kids.  With her daughter nearing the start of Kindergarten at Merriman Park in Lake Highlands, she is excited to continue building relationships with others in the community through volunteering at both the school and local events.  She currently volunteers at Ronald McDonald House, attends Watermark Church and is a member of Lake Highlands Early Childhood PTA.
