I believe my role as your Realtor is much more than processing papers and showing properties. My responsibility is to listen to your goals and dreams, and understand what’s important to you and your family. To address any questions or concerns you may have and support your decisions.
Buying or selling a home can be emotional and, with respect and diplomacy at the top of my list of natural traits, you will find my communication to be honest and cooperative and my negotiation skills to be calm and respectful.
As a prior teacher and school administrator, I saw each of my students as individuals with different ideas, strengths, and needs. I put together a picture of who they were and focused on finding the best school to achieve their goals.
I’ve transferred this experience from serving children to serving families and their real estate needs. I pride myself on finding the right home to fit each unique family.
I love to help first-time buyers purchase the home where they will raise their family or assist empty-nesters to downsize into a more comfortable space.
My home base is West Richardson, and as a Richardson Heights neighbor, I am eager to show off this community. Whether you are thinking of buying or selling, need guidance or have a question about the market, I’m here to help.
I deeply value the trust my clients' place in me. There is nothing more important than hearing a client say, “she understood our needs”, “she was by our side every step of the way”, or “I now consider her a trusted friend.”
If you are looking for a Realtor who will listen, guide and understand, I’d love to meet you. Let’s see if we are a good fit to work through the challenges and celebrate the victories together.
