About Me

Debbie Carroll-Boyce is a fourth-generation, active member of her hometown Frisco, Texas and Collin Country. Debbie is no stranger to the North Texas and the DFW area.  This knowledge, experience and expertise with North Texas-DFW real estate has been attributed to her success in residential, land, and commercial real estate sales.  

 A licensed realtor since the early 80’s, she currently has 11 years of experience.  Debbie’s real estate career includes such awards as Ebby Halliday Company-Wide Top Producer year after year, Ebby Diamond, Star, Star Plus, Platinum, and Ebby Honor Roll, which is one of the highest honors recognizing the top agents company-wide in the DFW area.  The Star Community Newspaper named Debbie as “The Mover and Shaker” to watch, Texas Monthly named 5 Star Realtor, and D-Magazine named Debbie Best DFW Realtor.   

Debbie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and her Masters Degrees from Texas Woman’s University.  In her former career she was a successful teacher, counselor, and principal in the Plano I.S.D., and in Frisco I.S.D.  Debbie served as a Principal of two elementary schools; Curtsinger Elementary and I.S. Rogers Elementary.  This is one of the most memorable times in her life, as she loved serving her community and her students.  Debbie lead her faculty, staff, and students to receive the highest national award a school could achieve which was the United States National Blue-Ribbon Award and traveled to Washington D.C. with some of her faculty to receive the honor on behalf of her staff and students.  

Debbie has received the Reader’s Choice Best Award in both her real estate and education career.  She attributes much of her success for her training with Zig Ziglar, and her upbringing received from her parents Joe and Reba Carroll. Debbie has served on the original Board of Directors for the Frisco Life Style Magazine, Frisco Arts Association, Collin County Ballet Theatre, and Ms. Texas Senior America.  

Debbie believes in treating others as you want to be treated, and providing exemplary customer service to her clients.  Debbie is proud of her heritage and her family, and loves spending time with her daughter Brittany.  Debbie’s work ethic, customer service, training and experience continue to achieve customer satisfaction ratings at the top!
