For some people, working as a REALTOR® is just one of those things that’s meant to be. In Dawn Weaver’s case, transitioning to residential real estate was actually the inevitable result of a lifetime of helping clients create and build their dream homes. Advising them on matters of buying and selling just became the next logical step.
After receiving her Architecture degree from Texas A&M, she spent 9 years working as a design and production architect for an award-winning commercial Landscape Architecture firm. From there she followed her entrepreneurial spirit and started her own company, specializing in residential interior architecture, remodeling, and landscape design.
All told Dawn has invested more than 20 years in building a reputation for providing attentive service to her clients. They attest to her thoroughness and tireless efforts on their behalf. She prides herself on listening to them, respecting their budget, and finding creative solutions to make their dreams and budgets peacefully coexist.
Her extended family has been in North Dallas for over 50 years, and Dawn, her husband and three girls currently reside in University Park. She actively serves on the Highland Park High School PTA executive board, as La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas Corresponding Secretary, Texas A&M Delta Gamma Housing Corporation Secretary, and together with her husband, as co-president of the Texas A&M Champions Council.
