Professional, knowledgeable, reliable... three words that are often used by David’s clients to describe his skill set. As a Park Cities native, David has a contagious enthusiasm for DFW. This passion coupled with his background in economics and international relations enables him to best advise clients with market conditions in mind.
David grew up in the heart of Highland Park surrounded by family. His leadership skills were displayed at an early age as Captain of the men’s gymnastics team at Highland Park High School. After graduating, he opted for a change of scenery and enrolled at the University of Colorado. He continued to demonstrate leadership skills as the Treasurer of his fraternity, Phi Sigma Pi. During his time at UC, he found and fostered a passion for mountain biking, rock climbing, and most of all people. He completed an internship with an advocacy startup in Crested Butte, Colorado. His time as an intern led to a widened perspective and strengthened interpersonal skills. These life experiences provided him the tools necessary to approach the Real Estate industry with determination, patience and understanding.
After college, David joined his family business, Earthbound Trading Company, where he added corporate retail to his breadth of knowledge. During his time with the company, he streamlined buying procedures and implemented the just-launched Loyalty Program, a huge endeavor. After much consideration, David made a career change to pursue his passion for people and acquired his Real Estate license.
David’s strengths lie in his professional disposition, eagerness to learn, and dependability. He strives to bring all three of these qualities to his model of client care. When working with David, you can trust he will be devoted to your needs, perform extensive research on current market conditions and listings, and in constant and prompt communication to exceed expectations.
Above all else, David aims to create long-standing relationships with his clients. He understands the process of buying or selling a home can be stressful and works to make the transition as effortless as possible for the buyer/seller from your very first meeting through closing the deal.
